Manila, where more than 500 contact centers employees are available to serve
our clients. ACCENT maintains an on-site management team in the Philippines
to ensure business continuity and on-the-ground client support 24/7, 365 days
a year.

CSRs that are trained and certified customer care agents or sales telemarketers,
with an excellent command of the English language. Our partners employ
only college or university degree holders from reputable schools within the
